UNLOCKD Completes Third Wellness Acquisition, Adds 1ENERGY to Growing Portfolio

UNLOCKD Inc., the consumer wellness platform operating under BitFrontier Capital Holdings (OTCID: BFCH), has completed its acquisition of substantially all assets associated with 1ENERGY, a developed functional energy-shot brand previously owned by XSBEV LLC. The deal, announced via NEWMEDIAWIRE, represents UNLOCKD's third completed consumer wellness transaction, following its acquisitions of EVERMIND intellectual property and Ancient Extracts USA, an operating, revenue-generating wellness brand.

The acquisition includes brand intellectual property, existing formulations, product-development materials, packaging, creative assets, digital properties, manufacturing information, and supplier relationships. UNLOCKD intends to reposition 1ENERGY through targeted formulation enhancements, including the removal of CBD and other cannabinoid ingredients, while evaluating functional mushrooms, adaptogens, nootropics, and other ingredients aligned with its broader wellness strategy.
