ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel, uniforms, and promotional products, announced that its subsidiary, Just Right Products, has been selected for two new city uniform contracts. One contract is with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, while the other is with a city whose population exceeds 1 million, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates. This larger municipality would be the largest the company has served, and both contracts are pending approval by their respective city councils.
Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, expressed enthusiasm about the awards, noting that the larger contract has been a pursuit for over seven years. "This is exactly what we have been working toward," Johnson said in a statement. "The larger of these two cities is a little personal for me. We have been pursuing this account for more than seven years, and winning it validates all the hard work our team has put in."
Municipal uniform contracts are typically awarded through a rigorous competitive procurement process, evaluating price, quality, service, and delivery capability. For a city of this magnitude, the requirements are among the most demanding in the public sector, and few suppliers can meet them. The company attributes its selection to its proven track record with 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties, as well as the capacity of its 100,000-square-foot Fort Worth production facility.
Cities with over 1 million residents employ thousands of uniformed personnel across departments such as public works, water utilities, parks, code compliance, and transportation. Their apparel needs are recurring, making this contract a significant opportunity for the company. Once approved, it would be the largest municipal contract in ADM Endeavors' history. The second contract, with a smaller city, aligns with the company's existing customer base. Together, these awards would bring ADMQ's municipal client roster to 19 Texas cities.
Both contracts are subject to city council approval and finalization of contract documents. The company will provide updates once the contracts are executed. Municipal uniform contracts are typically multi-year agreements, with revenue dependent on the volume of orders placed over the contract's life.
This news follows recent momentum for the company. On September 3, ADM Endeavors announced that eight city fire departments had placed orders after its first appearance at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference. In August, the company reported a return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026, with revenue increasing 11.4% to $1,307,924 and net income of $62,061, compared to a net loss in the prior-year period.
Johnson emphasized the strategic importance of the company's Fort Worth facility, stating, "An account of this size is the reason we invested in our Fort Worth facility. The capacity is in place, the team is in place, and we are ready to begin the day the councils give their approval." He also highlighted the potential for growth, noting that "public-sector customers renew, and they refer. Every city we add makes the next one easier to win."
