The Harvest Table Brings Clean-Label Transparency to U.S. Wellness Market at ECRM

The Harvest Table, a family-run South African wellness brand, is set to introduce its clean-label nutrition products to the U.S. retail community at the 2026 ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session, scheduled for September 14-17 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The company’s participation underscores a growing consumer demand for transparency in the wellness industry, where complicated formulations and bold marketing claims often overshadow the importance of understanding what is actually in a product.

Catherine Clark, Founder of The Harvest Table, emphasizes that the wellness category has become overcrowded, leaving consumers to navigate a barrage of products and marketing messages. “We believe the answer isn't necessarily more ingredients or more complicated formulations. It's creating quality products with purpose and being transparent about what's inside them,” she said. This philosophy is central to The Harvest Table’s approach, which prioritizes carefully selected ingredients and straightforward formulations over unnecessary additives.

The company’s product line includes Grass Fed Bovine Collagen Granules, offering Types I and III collagen sourced from grass-fed bovine collagen, and formulated without added gums, fillers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or dyes. For those seeking a more comprehensive option, Multi Collagen Radiance combines Types I, III, V, and X collagen with Vitamin C, Zinc, and Cranberry. The brand also offers a plant-based Vegan Protein, free from the same artificial additives. These products exemplify The Harvest Table’s commitment to serving diverse consumer preferences without compromising on ingredient clarity.

Beyond product formulations, The Harvest Table distinguishes itself through control over its manufacturing process. The company produces all items in-house at a custom-built facility in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, ensuring direct oversight from sourcing to final product. The facility undergoes annual Food Safety Assessment (FSA) audits, meets GMP manufacturing requirements, and is recognized as a Food Safe Facility, with Halal certification for applicable markets. Sam Clark, CEO, notes, “Quality isn't something we want to add to a marketing message after a product has been developed. It starts with the ingredients we choose, continues through how we formulate and manufacture the product, and ultimately shows up in what the consumer receives.”

The Harvest Table has already taken steps to expand its U.S. presence, with its initial product range available on Amazon, including Multi Collagen Radiance, Bovine Collagen Granules, and Vegan Protein. Participation in ECRM provides an opportunity to connect with U.S. retailers and share the brand’s story of growth rooted in transparency and trust. As Catherine Clark puts it, “We don't believe consumers need more noise. They need products they can understand and brands they can trust. That's the approach that built The Harvest Table in South Africa, and it's the same approach we're bringing to the United States.”
