Latinhub.TV and World Mobile Group Partner to Connect Hispanic Retailers with Decentralized Wireless

Austin-based Agentic TV launched its AI-powered Hispanic media network, Latinhub.TV, on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at a private founding dinner at The Guest House in downtown Austin. The network is a single content engine monetized across every screen the Hispanic audience touches: Roku, retail screens, web, mobile, and social. World Mobile Group, a pioneer of sharing-economy, decentralized wireless networks, joined the launch as a Founding Launch Partner.

The partnership goes beyond traditional sponsorship. Latinhub.TV and World Mobile have begun field trials of World Mobile AirNodes, starting in Austin, Texas, and expanding next to the Bronx, New York—home of Bodegas.tv, the NYC-branded, point-of-sale network of Latinhub.TV. The trials will test decentralized connectivity for the bodegas and small retailers that host the network’s in-store screens, laying the groundwork for a media and connectivity stack built for the communities it serves.

World Mobile’s role carries two exclusive elements. First, category exclusivity: World Mobile is Latinhub.TV’s sole mobile and telecom sector partner. Second, bodegas participating in the connectivity trials will gain access to World Mobile POS, extending the partnership from the network into the point of sale.

The economic context is significant. The U.S. Latino economy reached $4.4 trillion in GDP in 2024—which, measured on its own, would make it the world’s fourth-largest economy, surpassing Japan’s, according to the 2026 U.S. Latino GDP Report from the UCLA/Cal Lutheran Latino GDP Project. More than 68 million Latinos live in the U.S., alongside 130 million consumers in Mexico. Yet less than 1% of U.S. online retailers’ digital ad spend reaches Spanish-language media. Latinhub.TV aims to bridge the digital divide, while World Mobile focuses on connecting underserved communities. The two missions meet at the neighborhood store.

“World Mobile is exactly the kind of partner this network was designed for,” said Eduardo Velasco, CEO of Agentic TV. “Our screens live where the community lives—in bodegas, tienditas and small businesses. Testing World Mobile’s AirNodes first in Austin and then in the Bronx means those same locations can become points of connectivity, not just points of sale. Media plus network, in the same doorway.”

“World Mobile was built on a simple idea: the people and businesses a network serves should have a stake in it,” said Charles Barnett, Chief Business Officer of World Mobile Group. “Latinhub.TV reaches the Hispanic community through the small businesses at its heart, which makes it the natural partner for that model in the U.S. This is a major step towards giving bodega owners not just better connectivity, but a role in the network itself.”

As a Founding Launch Partner, World Mobile’s brand will run across the Latinhub.TV Roku channel—including Bodegas.tv—reaching U.S. Hispanic and Mexican households and retail screens. World Mobile was presented to the room of founding partners at the Austin dinner, with the celebration continuing September 13 in Las Vegas on the eve of AVANCE Global, ahead of Hispanic Heritage Month.

For Texas, the partnership underscores the state’s growing role as a hub for innovative media and connectivity solutions. The field trials in Austin could serve as a model for other cities, demonstrating how decentralized infrastructure can support small businesses and close the digital divide. For the retail industry, the integration of media and connectivity at the point of sale offers a new way to engage customers and generate revenue. For the world, it highlights the potential of sharing-economy networks to empower underserved communities and drive economic growth.
