Impact Family Wellness Relocates Liberty Hill Office to Leander, Expands Direct Primary Care Access

Impact Family Wellness, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership practice serving families across Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, and Thorndale, has announced the relocation of its Liberty Hill office to a new facility at 135 Mourning Dove Ln, Suite 401, Leander, TX 78641. The new location, situated in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Liberty Hill, is designed to improve patient experience with direct entry access and a layout focused on comfort and care. The former office at 9017 West State Hwy 29, Bldg 1, Ste 205 closed on August 20 to facilitate the transition, and the practice plans to reopen at the new Leander address on August 24, subject to change if additional time is needed.

To celebrate the relocation, Impact Family Wellness will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 24 at 4:00 PM at the new Leander location. The event is co-hosted with the Liberty Hill Chamber of Commerce, the Leander Chamber of Commerce, and the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce.
