Globavend Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: GVH) is expanding its digital entertainment platform into live entertainment through its subsidiary, Loomi Entertainment Group Limited. The company announced it will organize the 2026 OK TAECYEON FANMEETING IN MACAU ‘TodaY’ on Nov. 14 at The Grand Hall, Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. The event marks K-pop star OK TAECYEON’s first solo fan meeting in Macau and represents Globavend’s first organizer-led live entertainment event outside Hong Kong.
The expansion follows Loomi’s strategic investment and co-organizer role in the sold-out MAMAMOO 2026 WORLD TOUR <4WARD> Hong Kong concert, scheduled for Oct. 4 at Kai Tak Arena. Globavend said its move into live entertainment adds event investment, organization and promotion to its existing digital entertainment operations, with potential revenue opportunities spanning ticket sales, sponsorships, merchandising, artist collaborations, content rights and intellectual-property commercialization.
The company cited independent industry research valuing the Southeast Asian live entertainment market at approximately $5.97 billion in 2025 and projecting it to reach approximately $10 billion by 2034. Globavend plans to use the Macau event to strengthen its event-management capabilities and evaluate additional opportunities across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
