BZBGEAR to Demonstrate End-to-End Broadcast Chain at IBC2026

BZBGEAR, a global manufacturer of professional AV and broadcasting solutions, will present a fully integrated camera-to-fiber broadcast chain at IBC2026 in Amsterdam. The company, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Sacramento, California, will demonstrate its award-winning ADAMO auto-tracking PTZ cameras, an all-in-one portable production switcher, a broadcast encoder-decoder-recorder, and single-mode fiber transport capable of reaching 10 kilometers at zero-frame latency. The exhibit will run continuously for all four days of the show, from September 11–14, 2026, at the RAI Amsterdam in Hall 11, Stand 11.A26.

The demonstration addresses a common industry challenge: most stands at IBC show only one link in the broadcast chain, leaving integration to the imagination. BZBGEAR instead wires all four links together—acquisition, production, encoding, and transport—as a single working system. This approach matters because broadcasters, integrators, and organizations increasingly need to move high-bandwidth video across campuses, cities, or stadiums without the ground loops and electromagnetic interference associated with copper cabling. By proving the entire chain works end to end, BZBGEAR offers a blueprint for facilities looking to modernize without rebuilding their entire infrastructure.

At the acquisition stage, BZBGEAR brings its ADAMO camera line in two IP versions: the BG-ADAMO-4KND (NDI|HX 3) and BG-ADAMO-4KDA (Dante AV-H). Both output up to 4K@60Hz over HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI, alongside USB and IP, with 12X or 25X optical zoom. AI-powered auto-tracking runs in Presenter and Zone modes, and integrated red/green LED tally lights are visible from any angle. An onboard microSD writer records up to 1 TB of 4K video, eliminating the need for a separate recording device. Data, power, and control travel over a single category cable. The BG-ADAMO-JRND and BG-ADAMO-JRDA models offer the same control workflow at 1080p@60Hz with 12X, 20X, and 30X zoom options, allowing a 4K hero angle alongside HD coverage with one control surface.

For production, the BG-Commander-UltraX collapses a flypack into a single portable unit: a 4K production switcher and PTZ joystick controller with onboard recording. It features four HDMI inputs, separate program and monitor outputs, a 7-inch touchscreen, a 4D joystick, a step-less knob, and a sliding T-bar. Built-in chroma key, picture-in-picture, logo overlay, and a full transition set handle production in the box. A USB-C webcam output feeds any streaming platform as a virtual camera, and recording goes directly to a USB drive or SD card without a PC. Camera control is over ONVIF 2.8 and VISCA over IP.

The BG-STREAM-DE encoder-decoder-recorder handles encoding for facilities standardizing on IP. It accepts SDI or HDMI and encodes H.265 or H.264 at up to 1080p@60Hz, with output to 3840x2160p@60Hz. Both SDI and HDMI loop-through preserve the local feed. Transport options include SRT, RTMP, HLS, RTSP over HTTP/TCP/UDP, and TS over UDP, with NDI and Dante AV-H available under separate license. USB 3.0 recording to MP4, TS, or MOV provides a safety copy.

Finally, the BG-IPGEAR-XTREME-F transports signals over single-mode fiber to 10 kilometers (6.25 miles) at zero-frame latency. It carries 8K@60Hz 4:4:4 with DSC 1.2a, uncompressed 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, and visually lossless 4K@144Hz 4:4:4, with 48Gbps of video bandwidth (FRL 6) and HDCP 2.3. Full-duplex RS-232, bi-directional wideband IR, CEC pass-through, 1G Ethernet pass-through, and USB 3.1 Gen1/Gen2 KVM ride the same fiber.

“Every broadcaster we talk to is solving the same problem from four different directions at once — how to acquire it, how to cut it, how to get it on the network, and how to move it across a campus or a city,” said Eugene Bocharov, CEO of BZBGEAR. “Showing one box at a time doesn't answer that.
