BOXABL Inc. (NASDAQ: BXBL), a North Las Vegas-based technology company transforming the housing market with modular building systems, has highlighted a portfolio of completed and in-progress projects demonstrating the nationwide deployment of its factory-built housing system. The announcement showcases the company's role in addressing housing needs across various contexts, from permanent installations to disaster relief.
Among the projects detailed are a permanent 12-unit park-model RV Casita installation at American Campground in Las Vegas, wildfire relief support in Pasadena, California, a 12-unit stacked Casita project for Catholic Charities in Oklahoma City, and the 12-unit Pasadera short-term rental community near Oklahoma State University. These deployments illustrate the versatility of BOXABL's Casita, a 361-square-foot studio unit that unfolds on-site in under an hour, featuring a full kitchen, bathroom, and utilities.
BOXABL is also collaborating with Horizons Getaways on a network of eco-luxury cabin resorts across multiple states. Ten units have already been delivered to locations in South Carolina and Texas, with additional sites planned in Tennessee, Florida, California, and Ohio. This partnership highlights the growing demand for alternative lodging solutions that can be rapidly deployed and offer sustainable, comfortable accommodations.
The company has secured approvals for the Casita Studio in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, South Carolina, and Texas, paving the way for broader adoption in those states. BOXABL continues to develop additional housing configurations, including its prototype Baby Box—a 120-square-foot unit—and stackable and connectable models designed for townhomes, multifamily developments, and larger single-family homes. These innovations aim to address diverse housing needs, from temporary shelter to permanent residences.
The significance of BOXABL's deployments extends beyond individual projects. By leveraging modular construction and factory-built processes, the company seeks to reduce construction timelines and costs, potentially easing housing shortages in communities across the nation. Its work in wildfire relief, such as in Pasadena, demonstrates how modular units can provide rapid, dignified housing solutions in the aftermath of disasters.
Since its inception in 2017, BOXABL has raised over $230 million from more than 50,000 investors, reflecting substantial investor confidence in its mission to make housing affordable at mass-production scale. The company began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “BXBL” on July 20, 2026, following the completion of its business combination with FG Merger II Corp. This public listing provides greater liquidity and visibility, potentially accelerating its growth and ability to scale its operations.
