Atlas HXM Taps John Fennelly as CEO to Scale Global Workforce Platform

Atlas HXM, the global workforce platform built on compliance, has named John Fennelly as Chief Executive Officer. Fennelly, who has served on the Atlas HXM board since September 2025, brings more than 30 years of experience leading global technology, information services, and human capital businesses. The appointment signals a strategic push to deepen the company's technology-enabled services and meet rising demand for compliant global employment solutions.

Fennelly joins Atlas HXM from Lionbridge, a pioneer in localization, games, and AI services, where he served as President and CEO since 2017. At Lionbridge, he led more than 7,000 people and built innovative technology solutions while delivering consistent growth. Prior to that, he was CEO of HireRight, a global leader in HR technology serving more than 40,000 customers, where he led a major transformation that delivered record revenue and earnings growth.
