ADM Endeavors Returns to Profitability in Q2 2026 Thanks to New Fort Worth Facility

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel, uniforms, and promotional products, announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, marking a significant turnaround as the company returned to profitability. The company reported net income of $51,476 for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to a net loss of $69,110 in the same period last year. This achievement follows the completion of the consolidation of its operations into a new 100,000-square-foot production and retail facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

Revenue for the second quarter increased 11.4% to $1,307,924, up from $1,173,827 in the prior-year quarter. The growth was primarily driven by new customer sales attributable to the expanded capacity and visibility of the new facility. Notably, promotional products revenue grew 19.7% to $1,208,576, reflecting strong demand in that segment. The company's operating income also improved significantly, turning from a loss of $59,901 to a gain of $39,102.

One of the key factors behind this profitability was a 6.7% decline in general and administrative expenses, which fell to $398,792 from $427,538. This reduction was achieved through operational efficiencies and cost savings from consolidating operations under one roof. Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, highlighted the facility's impact: "Our new facility is doing exactly what we designed it to do. Its expanded capacity and visibility are winning new customers, while operating under one roof is bringing our overhead down. We grew revenue double digits, reduced administrative costs, and converted that operating leverage directly into bottom-line profitability."

For the first half of 2026, revenue increased 11.1% to $2,332,544, compared to $2,100,363 in the same period of 2025. The operating loss narrowed by 44% to $118,422, and cash used in operating activities improved by 26% to $273,934. The net loss for the period was $80,598, but this was impacted by a one-time insurance gain of $264,514 in the prior year. Excluding that gain, the company's operational performance improved significantly.

The new facility, which is approximately 5.8 times larger than its predecessor, is designed to support up to five times the prior production capacity. The consolidation was completed after receiving the Certificate of Occupancy in March 2026. The company is also in the final stages of building out a retail operation within the facility, which is expected to further expand walk-in and workwear revenue opportunities.

ADM Endeavors has also been expanding its contract base. In July 2026, the company announced a series of new contract awards and renewals across government, education, and corporate customers, including a new uniform program for a Lockheed Martin division in Arizona and a bid award from Dallas College. These contracts are expected to contribute to revenue in the second half of 2026.

The company's diversification is a strength, as no single customer represented more than 10% of revenue during the first half of 2026. Additionally, the company appointed Calvin Tsang as Chief Financial Officer in June 2026, strengthening its financial leadership as it prepares for future growth.

With the retail buildout nearing completion, the seasonally important back-to-school period underway, and new contracts beginning to contribute, the company believes it is well positioned to build on this momentum. The return to profitability in Q2 2026 marks a pivotal moment for ADM Endeavors, demonstrating the strategic benefits of its investment in the new Fort Worth facility.
