The Great Outdoors RV, a dealership based in Greeley, Colorado, has announced the availability of new 2025 and 2026 recreational vehicle inventory at its location, including the XLR Nitro toy hauler lineup from Forest River. This update expands the dealership's offerings, providing customers with more choices when comparing fifth-wheel toy haulers, folding campers, and Class C motorhomes for outdoor recreation, family camping, and road travel.
The updated selection supports customers in evaluating RVs based on floorplans, sleeping capacities, storage configurations, towing requirements, and vehicle specifications. Available models range from compact camping setups to larger layouts with additional living and cargo space, catering to diverse travel needs.
The newly available Forest River XLR Nitro fifth-wheel toy haulers are designed for travelers who require dedicated storage for recreational equipment alongside comfortable living quarters. These models feature sleeping space for up to eight people, three slide-outs on selected floorplans, bath-and-a-half layouts, kitchen islands, loft sleeping areas, and garage spaces for ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, and other gear. With multiple floorplans, customers can compare options based on storage needs, group size, and camping preferences.
In addition to toy haulers, The Great Outdoors RV has added 2026 Forest River Rockwood Freedom Series folding campers, including the 2270FT and 2380FT models. These pop-up campers offer sleeping capacity for up to six occupants, approximate weights ranging from 2,478 to 2,518 pounds, and compact designs for easy storage. Floorplans measure roughly 17 to 19 feet, with slide-out availability on selected models, making them a lightweight option for family camping and recreational travel.
The dealership's motorized inventory now includes Gulf Stream Conquest Class C motorhomes, such as the 2026 Conquest 6314D and 6320D models. These motorhomes are powered by a Ford 7.3L V8 engine producing 350 horsepower, feature two slide-outs, and provide sleeping space for six travelers. With floorplans measuring approximately 31 to 33 feet, they offer an integrated driving and living setup for those who prefer a motorized RV experience.
RV shoppers often weigh factors like floorplan design, storage capacity, engine specifications, towing requirements, and available equipment when selecting a vehicle. Different RV categories cater to different travel styles, from lightweight camping setups to larger toy haulers and motorized coaches. Billy Long, General Manager at The Great Outdoors RV, noted, “RV customers are reviewing details such as floorplans, storage space, sleeping capacity, and vehicle specifications when selecting an RV. Having multiple RV categories available allows customers to compare models based on their planned use and travel requirements.”
This expansion of inventory at The Great Outdoors RV underscores the dealership's commitment to serving the diverse needs of outdoor enthusiasts in Northern Colorado and beyond. By offering a wide range of RV types, the dealership enables customers to find the right fit for their adventures, whether they need to haul equipment, enjoy a lightweight camping experience, or travel with the convenience of a motorhome.
