Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café has officially opened its doors in University Park, bringing its unique blend of sweet and savory crêpes, omelettes, and waffles to the local community. Located at 6632 Snider Plaza, this new establishment represents the second Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) location for the Hymes family, following their successful Southlake opening in November 2024. The Hymes family, led by Edward Hymes Sr., Cynthia, and Edward Hymes Jr., brings a deep-rooted passion and extensive experience in hospitality and franchise management to the Sweet Paris brand, contributing significantly to its growth and success.
The opening of the University Park location is a testament to the brand's robust expansion strategy, marking its third DFW location and the 22nd in its portfolio. With 36 units in development across various states, including Florida, Minnesota, and Arizona, Sweet Paris is set to broaden its footprint nationally.
