Olenox Closes $21.7 Million Deal Linking British Columbia Gas to West Texas Power

Olenox Industries (NASDAQ: OLOX) has completed a $21.7 million acquisition of Wildboy Holdings, Ltd. and IPD Industries, Inc., a transaction that combines natural gas resources and processing infrastructure in British Columbia with a power-development platform near Pecos, Texas. The deal matters to Texas because it places a registered 100-megawatt generation platform in West Texas squarely at the center of the company's strategy to build an integrated gas-to-power-to-compute operation serving artificial intelligence, data centers and digital-asset businesses.

The IPD platform near Pecos holds a 100-megawatt self-generator registration with the Public Utility Commission of Texas, giving Olenox a regulatory foothold in a region where power demand from computing and data infrastructure continues to draw attention. Olenox plans to develop generation capacity in stages based on customer demand and available capital, a measured approach that positions the company to expand across natural gas production, electricity generation and computing applications rather than betting on a single segment.

The Wildboy assets add the upstream and midstream side of that equation. They include approximately 184,785 acres, a natural gas processing facility with capacity of up to 144 million cubic feet per day and approximately 56.8 billion cubic feet of proved developed natural gas reserves. Management estimates the British Columbia assets could support an initial power-generation opportunity of up to 50 megawatts, subject to equipment, infrastructure and regulatory requirements. For Texas readers, the significance is the pairing: gas supply and processing capacity in one jurisdiction tied to a Texas generation platform intended to feed high-value computing loads.

The transaction was financed almost entirely through Series F preferred stock, convertible into common shares subject to certain restrictions, which limits the immediate cash outlay for the acquisitions. Olenox describes itself as a vertically integrated U.S. energy company operating across oil and gas, energy services and energy technologies, including the proprietary Olenox process, with a focus on acquiring, optimizing and scaling energy-related infrastructure and operating assets. The company's stated strategic focus is bringing low-cost natural gas to high-value end uses, including digital infrastructure and next-generation computing.

The announcement was distributed through NetworkNewsWire, one of more than 75 brands within the Dynamic Brand Portfolio at IBN, which reaches audiences through wire services via InvestorWire and other channels.

For Texas, the acquisition signals continued interest in connecting Permian-region power development to the state's growing computing economy. If Olenox advances its staged buildout at Pecos, the project could add generation capacity aimed at data centers and digital-asset operations, sectors that place a premium on reliable, scalable electricity. The company's ability to convert gas resources into delivered power will depend on equipment, infrastructure, regulatory approvals and customer demand, but the completed transaction gives Olenox both a Texas generation registration and a gas supply base to pursue that integrated model.
