Metavesco, Inc. (OTC PINK: MVCO) has announced the launch of OTC Squawk, a social network purpose-built for the over-the-counter (OTC) market. The platform is now in closed beta, with its first wave of users onboarded. A waitlist is open at otcsquawk.com, where traders can reserve their @handle ahead of wider access. Seats will open in waves during the closed beta period.
OTC Squawk aims to centralize OTC market research and discussion, which has traditionally been scattered across general-purpose platforms. Every supported OTC symbol gets its own dedicated page, featuring price data, day range and volume, price history, OTC tier and sector, a direct link to SEC EDGAR filings, top contributors, and live conversation. Traders can post in three formats: quick Squawks, Threads, and full Due Diligence write-ups that are displayed natively on the ticker page. Every post can be tagged as bullish or bearish.
A key feature is Motion, a publicly displayed reputation score earned through consistent, high-quality participation. This allows members to easily identify who is producing the most respected research in any given name. Transparency is built into the platform: the exact formulas behind how feeds rank are published on the “How it works” page, open to every member, and default feeds cannot be bought—there is no pay-to-rank.
Alongside the launch, OTC Squawk is opening applications for Ambassadors, a cohort of creators, traders, and community leaders in the OTC market who will help build the platform from its earliest days. Creators covering the OTC market can apply through their account at otcsquawk.com/ambassador.
Separately, Metavesco said it expects to file its quarterly report for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, in the next ten business days and noted that work on the annual report for the year ending June 30, 2026, is already underway.
This launch is significant for Texas-based investors and businesses involved in the OTC market, as it provides a centralized platform for ticker-level research, due diligence, and real-time conversation. By consolidating fragmented discussions and offering transparent reputation scoring, OTC Squawk could enhance market transparency and efficiency, potentially benefiting traders and companies operating in the OTC space. The platform’s focus on earned reputation and open feedback channels may also foster a more trustworthy and collaborative community.
