IVOREE, the omnichannel engagement platform serving gaming and hospitality operators across North America, has announced a mobile platform partnership with the Kiowa Casino Operations Authority (KCOA). The agreement extends IVOREE's patron engagement technology and artificial intelligence capabilities to all three Kiowa Casinos in Oklahoma: Kiowa Casino & Hotel in Devol, Kiowa Casino Carnegie in Carnegie, and Elk Creek Kiowa Casino in Hobart. The mobile solution is now live across all three properties.
The partnership centers on a single platform that connects patrons to the Kiowa Casinos branded mobile experience, carrying the guest journey from the gaming floor through all property amenities. Patrons gain mobile-first access to real-time account information, tailored offers, campaigns, promotions, and play mechanics. The platform's intelligent player-data layer enables each property to personalize the guest experience at the individual patron level while giving Kiowa Casinos a unified view of engagement activity across all three locations.
For Texas businesses and tribal operators along the Oklahoma border, the announcement highlights a competitive imperative: legacy systems must connect to modern, mobile-first engagement tools. Kiowa's systems landscape includes AS/400-powered systems alongside cloud-based solutions, and IVOREE built the integration around that complexity. "It was very important to us that we had a partner that demonstrated strength with technology integrations especially with our existing systems landscape," said Bob Dimmick, CEO of Kiowa Casinos. He added that AI is reshaping every part of the gaming industry, from player acquisition and loyalty to operations, security, and strategy.
Callie Singh, who has led marketing for Kiowa Casinos since 2010, said the operator conducted detailed due diligence and spoke with other operators already using IVOREE's platform. "Based on our in-person visits and discussions with several other Operators across the country already using IVOREE's existing platform, it was evident to us that their solutions were tried and tested in the field," Singh said. Manmohan Reddy, Head of Technology at IVOREE, noted that Oklahoma is a unique market and that integrating Kiowa's systems landscape was identified early as a critical success factor.
The partnership also carries economic weight. KCOA operates three properties across Southwest Oklahoma that generate jobs, training opportunities, and economic development for the Kiowa Tribe and surrounding communities. The flagship Kiowa Casino & Hotel in Devol offers roughly 64,000 square feet of gaming space, more than 700 slot machines, table games, and a hotel of approximately 60 rooms. Elk Creek Kiowa Casino in Hobart opened in July 2025 as the first casino in Kiowa County. Benjamin Keller, Head of Business Development at IVOREE, described Kiowa as the kind of partner the platform was built for: a Sovereign Nation operator with a shared conviction in AI-driven engagement for patrons in the Central US, specifically Oklahoma and Texas.
IVOREE serves Historical Horse Racing operators, route markets, sovereign nation tribes, commercial gaming locations, restaurants, bars, and hotels across more than a dozen states in the US and Canada. Operators and vendors interested in the platform can visit ivoree.ai for details on its mobile-first loyalty, gamification, social entertainment, and intelligent player data capabilities. The partnership's emphasis on secure integration with legacy infrastructure offers a template for Texas-adjacent operators weighing similar mobile investments.
