Intugo, an employer of record and nearshore staffing company, has expanded the resources on its redesigned website, intugo.co, to help business leaders evaluating Mexico build their own dedicated teams. The site now includes practical guides, customer stories, and compliance details for companies considering nearshore staffing.
Intugo's model allows clients to select, train, and direct their team while Intugo handles recruiting, payroll, benefits, Mexican labor compliance, and secure office space in Hermosillo, Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Ciudad Obregón. Companies can hire in Mexico without forming a local legal entity, and the people they hire work as an extension of their own operation.
"Most companies we talk to aren't looking for a vendor to take work off their plate. They want their own people, run by their own managers, just in Mexico," said Michael Mocilac, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Intugo. "We handle everything that makes that hard, so they can focus on the work."
The updated site includes Customer stories and white papers from companies running teams in software development, healthcare, accounting, and back-office operations. It also offers practical guides on which roles make sense to move to Mexico and how nearshore teams compare with offshore models. Security and compliance details are included, such as Intugo's ISO 27001 certification and operations built to support HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements.
For Texas businesses, the expansion of resources matters because Mexico has become a key nearshore destination for companies seeking cost-effective, time-zone-aligned talent. Teams often start with one to five people and grow. Camino Promotions began with five agents through Intugo and has grown to more than 200 employees.
Intugo, part of the Tetakawi Group family of companies, has more than 18 years of experience and over 1,700 employees working under its model. It serves more than 60 businesses across 10+ industries. The expanded online resources at intugo.co give Texas companies a clearer path to evaluate and build dedicated teams in Mexico, potentially impacting how they scale operations and access talent.
