EldenCraft to Launch Wizard's Light Fantasy Staff Lamp on Kickstarter

EldenCraft announced today that it will launch a global Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for "Wizard's Light" on September 8, 2026. The fantasy staff lamp brings medieval fantasy aesthetics into modern lighting design, offering a distinctive product that merges practical functionality with immersive fantasy appeal.

Wizard's Light is an LED lamp inspired by a legendary wizard's staff. Mounted on its dedicated stand, it functions as an ambient lamp that transforms the atmosphere of a room. Detached from the stand, it becomes a portable, handheld fantasy staff light. Designed to go beyond a simple decorative piece, Wizard's Light combines practical everyday functionality with a distinctive fantasy aesthetic.

Powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, it provides more than an hour of cordless use on a single charge. It offers two brightness levels, allowing users to switch seamlessly between a soft ambient glow and a brighter, functional light suited for bedrooms, workspaces, gaming setups, and more.

The product was designed for tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) players, fans of fantasy novels, films, and games, and anyone looking for distinctive interior décor. During TTRPG sessions, users can illuminate the staff as their character casts a spell or position it around the gaming table to enhance immersion, creating a natural bridge between the real world and the fantasy world.

The body of Wizard's Light features a richly textured wood-grain surface with a walnut-brown finish. Although made from non-wood materials, the design evokes the appearance of an ancient magical relic weathered by centuries. A personalization option is also available, allowing backers to add their name, character name, or a short phrase—turning the lamp into a one-of-a-kind collectible imbued with their own story.

The campaign's top-tier reward, the "Legendary Full Package," comes in a custom box modeled after a fantasy treasure chest. As backers open the chest and reveal the staff and its accessories one by one, the unboxing experience is designed to feel like discovering a legendary relic.

"This project began with a simple idea: to create a unique lamp for everyday life," said a representative from EldenCraft. "As development progressed, we realized that lighting can be more than just a tool to illuminate a room—it can be an object that shapes emotions and shifts the atmosphere of a space."

"We wanted to bring the wizard's staff that so many of us dreamed of wielding as children into the real world as a functional lamp," the representative added. "We hope Wizard's Light becomes a collectible that allows fantasy fans to express their own worlds and stories, while also serving as a distinctive interior light that adds a fantasy atmosphere to any space."

The Kickstarter campaign for Wizard's Light officially launches on September 8, 2026. Special first-day rewards will be available for early backers.
