AZIO AI Unveils Atlas One, First Phase of Massive South Texas Compute Campus

AUSTIN, Texas – AZIO AI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZIO) has announced Atlas One, the first named development phase of Project Atlas, its expansive compute infrastructure campus in South Texas. The project, spanning more than 548 acres, is engineered to support up to 500 MW of planned behind-the-meter power capacity, positioning Texas as a critical hub for power-intensive AI and high-performance computing workloads.

Atlas One integrates land, power, connectivity, and modular compute infrastructure that the company has been developing since May 2026. Approximately 6 MW of compute infrastructure, part of roughly 11 MW of secured behind-the-meter power capacity, has been activated and achieved about 97.8% uptime. This initial deployment marks a functional milestone for the project, demonstrating the viability of the campus's infrastructure.

The company is allocating capital, equipment, and engineering resources toward the initial 11 MW phase, including additional compute containers, generation, electrical infrastructure, natural gas pipeline and metering work, fiber, and site improvements. Subsequent phases are intended to support AI/GPU hosting, high-performance computing, and dedicated customer capacity, while retaining a portion for company-operated Bitcoin mining. This diversified approach allows AZIO to cater to various high-demand computing needs.

Connectivity is a key component of Atlas One. The campus has secured a Master Services Agreement with AT&T, with approximately $2.4 million committed for high-capacity enterprise fiber. This dedicated fiber will provide the low-latency, high-bandwidth connectivity essential for AI and cloud services, making the site attractive to potential customers.

The planned expansion to 500 MW will require additional generation, equipment, permitting, financing, and customer commitments. AZIO is actively pursuing these, aiming to scale the campus to meet growing demand for compute infrastructure. The company's focus on behind-the-meter power solutions is particularly strategic, as it allows for more reliable and cost-effective energy supply, a critical factor for data-intensive operations.

The development of Atlas One is significant for Texas's economy, as it represents a substantial investment in digital infrastructure. The project is expected to create jobs, attract tech companies, and boost the local economy. For the broader industry, AZIO's approach of combining AI hosting, high-performance computing, and Bitcoin mining under one roof showcases a flexible model for future compute campuses.

AZIO AI Holdings, formerly Envirotech Vehicles, Inc., is developing an integrated compute infrastructure platform spanning GPU and compute system sales, energy-backed AI and high-density compute infrastructure, hosting, and company-operated Bitcoin mining. Through Project Atlas, the company is building power-backed campuses in Texas to support power-intensive workloads as additional resources are secured.
