The event, held at the company's headquarters, aimed to equip franchisors with the tools and strategies needed to drive long-term success in franchise sales, scalable operations, marketing, leadership, franchise resales, and emerging industry trends.
Attendees heard from experienced franchise executives and industry leaders, including Ray Titus, Chairman and CEO of United Franchise Group, who spoke on building a franchisor legacy; Austin Titus, President of Accurate Franchising, who presented on the vision for growth and the state of franchising; and Michael White, Chief Development Officer and Director of Global Franchising at United Franchise Group, who focused on franchise sales. Other presenters included Brady Lee, Chief Operating Officer, discussing franchise resales; Christina Parsons, Chief Marketing Officer, covering digital marketing; and Jim Butler, Vice President of International Development, addressing international expansion. The conference also featured interactive roundtable discussions, networking opportunities, and a vendor tradeshow to help franchisors apply these strategies within their own organizations.
